The New Expansion in Suburbia

With the rapid development in China recent years,  the city is getting not only bigger, more crowded but also less nature and less resource. With this situation, the life in the city is going to be not good enough for the wealthy. So that's what happening now, more and more rich people are looking to move to the suburb or rural area with easy access, low density, and beautiful environment. I think that's also why some developers started to invest in the housings out of cities.

However, the real suburb or rural area what we have now is not good enough for living. Some places still use the well to get water. The infrastructure is not as good as we have in the cities. It's really interesting, the young people from suburb area are aiming for the opportunities in the city, which lead to the higher density and push the wealthy people to move from the city to the suburb area.
