Architectural Literature is Like Pulling Teeth
For
me writing and reading definitely are not my strong suits, but I can overcome
this when the subject matter is intriguing. When it comes to the readings from
this week, especially regarding Peter Eisenman. The way the article is written
makes it very difficult for readers like myself to buy into. It also doesn’t
help when presented with his work it seems to lack the ideals that I tend to
attribute to good Architecture. Mostly the value of his work, I feel as if he
is a better salesman than an Architect and gets clients to buy into what he is
selling. Which in my opinion isn’t built to last.
