Meteorological Design: Fact or Fiction

I love the concept of Meteorological architecture by Philippe Rahm but I tend to agree with David Franco that we are just not positioned intellectually or professionally to implement or understand how to perform these type of projects. I think there are obvious ideas around ventilation, movement of heat and so on. They make pretty pictures when we're in photoshop essentially guessing where it will be hot and cold but we need better technology and consultants to help formulate actual means and methods of how to control a space. In addition we have to put this significant effort and afford to fail. I firmly believe technology and science is moving in the direction to try and solve these concepts but it will have to be the by-product of intensive research.
