It's Getting Hot in Here
Phillippe Rahm’s inclination to discover a method of thinking of architecture in a climactic manner is smart in many ways however it seems difficult to realize in buildings due to the nature of thermodynamics. To design with thermodynamics, it accounts for many properties and phenomena that are difficult to control especially with the specificity he thinks about it. With that being said I imagine it would be very comfortable to live in a home the way he describes in his drawings. It also would likely be effective in promoting mental health and wellbeing but could also have the potential for the opposite effect. It’s a fascinating idea however I don’t believe it will ever be in widespread use.
