Uniting Forces

I was inspired by Alejandro Aravena's TED talk. His focus on incremental housing, sustainable design, and disaster relief were impactful projects.

In today's era, every family has a connection to at least one architect; the number of practitioner professionals in this field has been rapidly increasing. With this, there is a risk of losing architecture's true purpose. Many projects are being completed merely as objects without fulfilling their intended function.

The concept of synthesis, once an essential element/aspect in architecture practice - has become a formality - a routine process rather than taking it into deep consideration/ the usual way of architects (as they say).

There is an urgent need to address this by advocating for a more inclusive design approach (forces put into a form) – to include and engage people of various levels and diverse backgrounds and perspectives, to understand their approaches, and to prioritize solutions that are not just functional but also contextual. By this, we unlock the transformative potential of architecture that shall improve the quality of life; architects reconnect their profession and use skills to create spaces that serve their purpose and uplift society.
