MOUNTAIN EXERCISE
Neighborhoods in Medellin, Colombia have suffered for so many years from the aftermath of the cartel, leaving drug issues, prostitution rings, and many more sensitive subjects. But a big subject is the corruption going through these run down neighborhoods and how the governments help when it benefits tourist foot traffic but when it comes to helping the community itself, then that's when money is cut short. There might be efforts to help with transportation to move in and out but the quality of homes is still the same. You might take the cable car over those neighborhoods but actually try to walk those neighborhoods and ask if the people are happy because there is a library that ends up being literal ornamental architecture on the top of a mountain. How does that help the locals that have to walk uphill to it? Exercise?
